How to find your calendar link
Talimo can pull your whole schedule in from a calendar “subscribe” link — a web address (usually ending in .ics, or starting with webcal://) that your school’s system gives you. Find yours below, copy it, and paste it into the Import box on your calendar.
Keep your link private. It’s like a password to your schedule — don’t post it publicly. Talimo fetches it once when you import; it doesn’t sync automatically or store your login.
eMedley
- Log in to eMedley and open your calendar (eduSched or the eCurriculum calendar).
- Near the top of the calendar, click Subscribe All (some schools just label it Subscribe, or show a small calendar/feed icon).
- Copy the subscription URL it shows you (it starts with
webcal://orhttps://). - Can’t find it? Check both the rotation (eduSched) and lecture (eCurriculum) calendars, or search your school’s eMedley help page for “subscribe.”
Canvas
- Open Canvas and click Calendar in the left menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the right-hand sidebar and click Calendar Feed.
- Copy the link that appears (it ends in
.ics). - Heads up: Canvas feeds carry assignment and quiz due dates reliably, but exams and class times only appear if your instructor added them as events.
Google Calendar
- On a computer, open Google Calendar and click the gear icon → Settings.
- Under Settings for my calendars, pick the calendar you want.
- Scroll to Integrate calendar and copy the Secret address in iCal format (it ends in
/basic.ics).
Apple Calendar / iCloud
- In the Calendar app (Mac) or on
iCloud.com, click the share icon next to the calendar name. - Turn on Public Calendar.
- Copy the link (it starts with
webcal://) — Talimo handles that format automatically.
Outlook / Microsoft 365
- Open Outlook on the web and go to Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars.
- Under Publish a calendar, choose your calendar and a permission level, then click Publish.
- Copy the ICS link it generates.
Once you have the link
Go to your Talimo Calendar, click Import, paste the link, and hit Fetch. You’ll see everything it found — filter by category (exams, classes, etc.), pick what you want, and import. Anything already on your calendar is grayed out, so re-importing later won’t create duplicates.
